Beginning on March 23, 1977, British journalist David Frost conducted a series of twelve (12) interviews with former U.S. President Richard M. Nixon, in which the former commander-in-chief gave his only public apology for the scandals of his administration. Some 29 years later, Peter Morgan’s play – based upon the interviews – reached the London stage and later, Broadway, with rave reviews. "BREAKING DAWN, PART II" (2012) Review

Two years ago, Warner Brothers made the decision to split the movie adaptation of Stephanie Meyers' last "Twilight Saga" novel - "Breaking Dawn" - into two films; following its example of the two adaptations for the last "Harry Potter" novel. The first film, "BREAKING DAWN, PART I", was released a year ago. Instead of waiting six months, the studio decided to wait a year for the second half of the tale, "BREAKING DAWN, PART II". Recently, Warner Brothers Studios decided to split its adaptation of J.K. Rowling's last HARRY POTTER novel, "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows" into two movie adaptations. The first was released in the fall of 2010 and the second half, last July. Apparently, they decided to do the same with Stephanie Meyer's last TWILIGHT novel, "Breaking Dawn". Read more... )
